How it Works

STEP 1
How does Journey work? You can either choose a journey or book a complimentary 20-minute coaching session.

STEP 2
Once you decide to work together, you’ll choose a journey and start a 6-week online program with weekly 40-minute coaching sessions. Each session focuses on reflection and evaluating your progress. After the program, you’ll receive follow-up emails for 2 more weeks to support your continued growth.

STEP 3
This program provides the opportunity to establish new habits within a month, with an additional month of follow-up support. Depending on the client’s needs, this period may be used to work on a new goal or begin a new journey, which can be purchased separately.
The program is non-refundable. This coaching service is not therapy and does not replace psychological or mental health treatment.

I am a graduate of the Harvard Medical School Lifestyle and Wellness Coaching Program, with a deeply spiritual foundation rooted in Kundalini yoga and breathwork practiced with monks. My work is guided by years of inner practice and reflection, helping others navigate life’s challenges with presence, compassion, and clarity.
I support transformation through a heart-centered, earth-connected approach, blending ancient wisdom with mindful awareness to restore balance between the mind, body, and spirit.
